Fellow Bereans,
Thank you for praying for my family and this ministry.  I have a few personal updates to share:
- My wife’s eyes are doing great! For those who don’t know, she had retinal detachment surgery after her cataract surgery caused her retina to detach. She can see. See can drive. Her eye is fine. Thanks for those who prayed for that! Also thanks to those who made donations to support this website. We used some of the overflow funds to pay for our extra medical expenses.
- Our daughter broke her leg. I was chasing her. She attempted to jump on her bed. She missed. She’s doing fine, but she will be in a cast for at least a month, if not longer.
I’m aware that there are two user-submitted reviews to process, format, and release. I’ll do my best to release those reviews this year. No promises. But if I do, I may squeeze out a Thanksgiving review for 2025 as well. However, I’m not planning any Christmas reviews for 2025.

Vince, I just stumbled upon this site and it was love at first sight! Thank you for using the Lord’s gifts to help clear the fogginess that surrounds so many Christian sounds today. I’m praying for your family’s health, and for your discernment, strength, and peace as navigate the trials that now confront you and yours.
God be with you… The Battle Belongs to the Lord.

Is your daughter doing better? I know you said she’s been sick this year, in addition to the broken leg.

Praising God for how well your wife’s eyes are doing following the detachment! That’s a tremendous blessing! Another incredible blessing is your daughter having a daddy that plays with her. ♥️As a mom of five, we’ve had our share of stitches, broken bones and even a broken front tooth. Accidents during play unfortunately happen, Dad, but kids are incredibly resilient and heal quickly. Release any guilt you are feeling to the Lord and don’t give the devil a toehold with it. I pray you guys will be back to your “gonna getcha” games very soon!! When I was a child, we used to beg my daddy to come chase us and those are truly some of my favorite childhood memories. I can still remember how fast my heart would flutter in excitement and “fear”. It was tremendous fun. I really don’t feel that there is anywhere else in this life other than in the safety of family for a child to feel that.
May God continue to richly bless you, your family and this ministry- just as He uses you and this ministry to bless so, so many!! Thank you!🙏🏻

hi Vince. So glad your wife is doing well, but I’m so sorry about your daughter. Broke my leg twice as a kid. Same leg in the exact same place both times. Prayers for her. It’s absolutely painful and not the least bit fun. Praying that her pain is minimal and that she has a full and speedy recovery. No pressure with the reviews. Do what you are able to and don’t worry about the rest. Blessings
